I was given the opportunity to be the A2 for Jesus Christ Superstar. I was in charge of a two person crew and 40 microphones, 36     ULX-D's and 4 SSM's. We used custom built boom rigs that had Sennheiser MKE 1's attached on all the cast members. As was previously mentioned, I had a two person crew. Both members were technical directors, so they had a lot to learn about wireless mics and the equipment. With the two non-sound majors on my crew, I really got to practice my leadership skills on people who barely knew what was going on. I feel that working with these people taught me to explain how things work, in a cooperative and productive manner.
