Eighth Day Sound is one of the larges providers of touring sound equipment. I had the privilege of working at the company for a summer. Some of my daily duties included load and unload trucks, pack and unpack trunks, build productions specific racks, create custom cable, test and repair speakers, and maintain their rigging stock. As well as participating in productions around town that the company was a part of. At Eighth Day Sound I had the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the concert touring side of the industry, as well as made connections to many professionals in the industry.
